Using Win 10 (build 10162), Factory Dell with an i5 & 8g of ram.

The option to import the entire video or break it up into clips is shown.  After selecting the 2nd option and selecting 'import' and then 'stop' for several parts of the video and then selecting 'finish', the end result is still the entire video.
