I am looking to purchase a new computer, but am hooked on Movie Maker. I have seen a lot of posts about Movie Maker not working on W8/8.1. I don't want to run in w7 compatibility mode, or have to make a lot of changes to my computer to get it to work. Should I expect it to work on my new system? If not, is it being fixed so that I can do this sometime in the future? For those using it on W8/8.1, is it working as well as it did on W7, or are you still having problems?
