Hi there,

Windows 7 on Toshiba, with latest driver from manufacturer: 8.15.10.2712

Can not upgrade to Intel driver as when attempting to do so, the computer says I should go to manufacturer site, which says the above is the most up-to-date.

Downloaded latest Movie Maker.

But it says:

Sorry, Movie Maker can't start. Make sure your

computer meets the minimum system requirements

before trying to start Movie Maker again, and then try

to update the driver for your video card if Movie

Maker still doesn't start.

dxdiag shows DirectX 11. But with blank for Acceleration..

Unless running 64-bit dxdiag which then shows the following for both displays:

DirectDraw Acceleration: Enabled

Direct3D Acceleration: Enabled

AGP Texture Acceleration: Enabled

I do not see video in Media player either.

Only way to play video is using VLAN video player.
