My daughter is making a video for me using window movie maker I am assuming 8.1 for it is a new computer she is using. She added my song which was saved as an mp3. She put song in and then imported pictures and 2 video's which were from my IPhone. When she does it and watches it in preview screen all is in sync. When she plays back on full screen it is out of sync and when she saves it it is out of sync. She has changed the video files from MOV to MP4 that does not work. She tried to save it as different files and that does not help. Can you please tell me what she needs to do to fix this problem. Video is very important to me and need it soon. Thanks Pattie
