Greetings folks!

Performed an in-place upgrade from Win 8.1 to Windows 10 - it's working flawlessly (so far), except within the version of Movie Maker in Windows Essentials 2012.  When importing video clips of any kind (tried 4-5 different formats), it reads the audio but only displays a black screen for video.  These videos play just fine in Media Player - just not within Movie Maker.

Checked the Google for answers and tried a few things, but no success.  All drivers are up to date, and all updates are installed.  Tried uninstalling the MM application and reinstalling - nopes.

This is an Acer Aspire laptop 5534 running Win10 TP 64-bit w/ 4 GB of RAM.  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thx,

Mr. Shemp
