Hi,

I am having trouble publishing with movie maker. I want to convert it to a movie file to share. I have completed my clip and select the publish to Facebook file format. However I get a windows Essentials 2012 pop up box saying 'The service is currently unavailable - we're fixing a temporary problem and everything should be working again very soon'.

I have had this message pop up for 3 weeks now.

I am using a Surface Pro - office 365.

Can someone help identify if this is my problems or the software and/or compatibility. I need to know if I need to find a more suitable software to make short instructional movies.
