I have read everything, followed other fixes, downloaded and converted files and my videos are still black screen.  I have .mp4 videos that I need to rotate, I used a google Nexus 5 phone and all I get is audio no video, I am not real computer literate, but I can follow directions, I keep reading about codec, have no idea what it is but my video plays in media player. please help me this is very frustrating
