Situation: I am using Movie maker to render gameplay videos.

Imput format is: AVI video file
 VIDEO

  1920x1200,

  Data Rate: 193012 kbps,

  Total Bitrate: 193332 kbps

  Frame rate: 30 fps

 AUDIO

  Bit Rate: 320 kbps

  Channels: 2 (stereo)

  Audio sample rate: 48 kHz

Exporting: mp4 - windows 8 1080p

Problem: Can't export files longer than 70 min.

Facts- Tests: At first i thought the recording software saved corrupted files and tried different settings but nothing changed. Did some testing with movie maker and noticed that only longer videos weren't exported properly. To test this I set the recording software to split and save recordings every 10 min. It turns out files were not corrupted because movie maker can render seven fragments (7 x 10 min) and save it as one file. However as soon as i add the file number eight (over 70 min) to the video project and export it - the file is corrupted. It is still mp4 and it has its size but it has no length, no resolution - its just a dead video file. File cant be played by media player, vlc, MPCStar nor recognized by Movie Maker.

I am using win 7 Ultimate 64-bit, CPU- i7 @ 3,9 GHz, GPU- GTX 980 Ti, RAM- 14 GB, SSD+HDD- 8 TB in total.

Any Ideas?
