movie maker mf dll is missing . I can't start movie maker. Also windows media playes is not working.  Only VLC media player is functional. II bought my computer with windows professional 8.1 installed and functional., I don't have a cd or dvd. I also wouldn't love to reset my windows .  What should I do ?
