Hello!

Been trying to upload a video onto windows movie maker for a while now, but the same one (when I try to upload it) says it had stopped working and when it has finished loading it says it can't fix the problem. 

I have also tried putting movie maker on compatibility mode on widows 7 and vista (service pack 2) as I am on windows 8, but that hasn't worked either.

When I try and upload the same video onto windows media player the same thing happens and I have updated all of my software twice, still no luck.

If you can offer any advice I'd be truly grateful, thanks! :-)
