Help! I'm a Steven Universe Fan, and I'm trying to make a remix of "Amalgam" on Movie Maker, but when I play the video, I hear no audio!

I tried turning up the volume all the way both on my computer AND Movie Maker, and it still won't work! Adding music doesn't help either, because I recorded it with Bandicam and it's a video, not music! Please help!
