I just upgraded my PC from a very old Vista machine to Windows 8.1. I have dvr-ms files from the old machine that were created in Movie Maker. The video will not play in my newly installed Movie Maker on the new machine. (My new PC meets all of the hardware requirements for Movie Maker.) I can hear audio, but no video. Any suggestions?
