The minute I started to edit a video the program stops responding and then this pops up. "Movie Maker has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if there is a solution available." Every time I try to edit, the software shuts down. I have followed all of the directions listed and I still have had no results. If there is any thing else I am forgetting  I am hoping that you could tell me.
