I upgraded to Windows 10 because I had understood that it had a Movie Maker.... NO

ARGH WHY did Microsoft stop Movie Maker? And what is a workable usable app to replace it???

Windows says that Photo can be used to make movies, I want to take a screen capture from VLC and add sound.

Does Anyone Know how to use Photo to make a video, and where there might be how tos?
