I reinstalled the OS on my laptop and upon reinstalling Movie Maker as part of the Essentials pack I get an error stating "Sorry, Movie Maker can't start.  Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements before trying to start Movie Maker again, and then try to update the driver for your video card if Movie maker still doesn't start.

I have installed all the previous drivers and still get this message.  What could be missing.

MM 6.0 works on this same pc but I get an error when attempting to upload an MP4 video file.  This error says "The file C:UsersHomeDesktopNew folderRide.MP4 cannot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again."

What can I do to resolve these two issues?
