I get the error code 0x87160129 when trying to save my movie. Everything appears to be OK in the project file, i.e. no exclamation points or x's. It starts saving and gets to 93% then stops and tells me some files are corrupted. When I go back to the program files I find this to be true but not the same files are involved each time. It appears to be random. Even when I clear and reload the "corrupted files" and it appears to be clean the same thing happens but this time in a different place in the program files so it does not appear to be related to specific video or music clips. I have shut down all other programs on the computer when trying to save the movie and this didn't help either.
There appears to be a fault in the "saving" aspect of the movie maker program. I am using Windows 7 and a 2011 version of Movie Maker.
This program worked fine for me 2 weeks ago. I have not loaded anything new on my computer since then that might interfere so I do not understand where this problem stems from and I clearly can't fix it by fixing the "corrupted" files because it keeps happening over and over again.
If anyone knows how to fix this I would appreciate the help.
