i tried one million times but failed to install movie maker on my windows 7.

points to be noted.

- Firewall is turned ON.

- Windows is completely updated.

- No antimalware currently active.

- Browser settings already resetted.

- Restarted my pc 100 times.

Message that appears is :looks like another program is preventing the installer from working.

error - 0x80070643

 note: i clicked on start button -> searched SQLite -> NO results found.
