While editing I received the message that Movie Maker couldn't save my movie as files were either corrupted or not in a supported format. I removed the clips that had the warning sign logo on them to discover that all the clips started to show the warning sign as I hovered over them, and so did the photos I had on the video. I deleted the whole thing and restarted Movie Maker to encounter the same problem. I am using AVCHD format which I found out isn't compatible however with a previous video I edited using the same format I encountered no problems. I would like to know if there is a way to continue this video using the same format? And how can the photos also be corrupted? I imported everything from a folder on my computer which was copied from my camera's sd card. I am using Windows 8.

Original Title: movie maker corrupted files?
