I just upgraded to Windows 10.  When I log into Windows Movie maker and turn on the webcam it runs for just a few seconds.  I've noticed if I am not in the view it goes until I move in view.  Basically any movement is where it stops.  The camera light on the computer is still on but the recording stops.  If I click stop and replay, it doesn't show anything from after the point it froze.
