I've been getting black screens on all played videos since I first tried this out and nothing fixed it in settings.I suspect I got a faulty Window Movie Maker and need a new copy that works and plays videos with picture and sound.

This is what has happened to played videos since I first used this and it's obvious this isn't working right if it looks like the picture above when you're playing a video to edit it.Have others had this issue before since first using movie maker and have they had to replace it?
