Trying to use Movie Maker on Windows 10, I have installed Windows Essentials and everything appears to be there but when trying to launch Movie Maker I get the little blue circle for a few seconds and then nothing.  When trying to launch Photo Gallery I get "Photo Gallery encountered an error loading WLXPhotoLibraryMain.dll and can't start  Error code: 0x8007007e any ideas?
