I am working with a fresh install and a fresh repair (found  here) on a windows 8.1 machine from the windows 8/8.1 install for the Windows Essentials. I am attempting to use a .MOV file and it goes through the preparing step only to end with a yellow triangle, grey background, and black !. When I click on the fix option it says the file is corrupted or is a file type not supported. The file runs correctly on both WMP and VLC, and is a listed file type on this website. 

How do I make it work properly?
