I recently installed Movie Maker on my desk top that runs Window 8.1.  I completed the movie and saved to a flash drive.  However, when I used the flash drive on my lap top which is not 8.1, it is unable to run.  My lap top does not down load Movie Maker.  Recommendations that allow me to use a flash drive to run the movie?
