I am a new user of Movie maker and am trying to convert a movie (.MOV) from my Ipad to place onto a USB for watching on my TV.

I've tried creating mp4 versions but they are not recognised by the TV.

The TV manual says that it only supports ""SD-Video Standard Ver. 1.2(MPEG-2 (PS format) and AVCHD standard compatible files with and audio format that is either MPEG-1/Layer-2 format or Dolby Digital format"

Can Movie Maker support that format ?
