I am running Windows 7, using Windows Movie Maker Version 2012 ( Build 16.4.3528.0331)

Until recently everything worked just great.  We use it to create DVD movies of our vacations and grandkids.

This just started about 2 weeks ago.

When I load a video, it re-formats fine, looks fine in the right pane and is clear and sharp when viewed in the preview pane.

When I load a JPG or JPEG file, either single or multiples, they appear fine as thumbnails in the right pane, but are blurry in the preview pane on the left.  It looks to me as if they don't load completely in the preview pane ( my uneducated observation ).

Is there a setting I need to adjust?  Could this be related to any MS Windows updates?

Any recommendations and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I really don't want to update to Windows 10 because MS has dropped the DVD Maker.
