Movie Maker 2012 publishing BLACK screen

Movie Maker is publishng my videos as black screens with just the audio.

I'm using Movie Maker 2012
I'm running Windows 7
Video works in preview only
I have every codec known to man
My Video card has the best driver software already


and I can't find a solution that has worked online.
