Hey all

I've been having some issues with Movie Maker when I try to alter the speed of a clip. Everything runs fine and I can save the clip "for high definition display" but upon playback I get those blurry lines you used to get when fast forwarding a video tape. I have 'prepare files for faster editing' disabled so that's not causing the problem. 

Its been recommended to me that I only fast forward the clips x2 at a time, and repeat the process. I did, but same problem. It's worth noting my clips can be up to an hour long.

As you can probably see, another issue I'm having is the ratio dropping, then being filled in with black boarders. I haven't properly looked into any solutions for this yet but help is appreciated since I probably won't find any elsewhere.
