I have read all the current posts and have been unable to resolve my issue.  I am running windows 8.1 and windows essentials 2012.   I have tried to repair, uninstall and reinstall to no avail.  When I start the program I get a UAC dialogue.  Then when I click yes I get a windows security warning message stating that This page is accessing information that is not under its control.  This poses a security risk.  Do you want to continue?

After I click yes, and try to add videos (.mp4) to my project it crashes and I get the message below.

Please help.
