I have an HP ENVY Notebook with W8.1, and I have a problem with Movie Maker 12. I try to play a recorded WTV file but WMM only plays audio without video. I checked all the video/graphic drivers on the PC and they are up-to-date. The WTV file plays OK with VLC, and Power Media Player. Is there a solution to this problem or WMM 12 isn't support on the HP ENVY with Intel 4600 graphic card? Called HP support and they said it's an application problem.I want to split and convert WTV format to WMV or MP4 format, any other suggestion?
