Move Windows Live Mail 2012 from external disk to new computer in Windows 10

Is it possible to  copy (not export/import) an entire Windows Live Email 2012 set of files from hard drive of dead laptop to a new computer?  Both use Windows 10.  New computer does not have Live Mail installed

If not, how can it be done?
