I use windows 10 and every time  I want to open movie maker i keep getting a pop up saying, "The program cant start because MSVCR110.dll is missing from your computer." Ive tried to reinstall it and ive also tried to fix the problem by reinstalling the visual 64 and 86 with no prevail. Im at a loss here and im not sure on what to do.
