I am missing one folder from Outlook 2011 for Mac. I log into my Outlook.com account and the folder is there. In Outlook 2011 this one Inbox folder is missing. I have tried re-building my identity and that didn't work. What can I do? I am not creating a new identity to fix this, that is ridiculous and burns a massive amount of bandwidth.
