when win 10 downloaded 2+ weeks ago, it failed 10 times before it was successful. Now I have several systems opening and nothing works. I have to sign in at least 3 times, then I get shadow copies. I  reverted to win 7 and now I get the same thing. I lost mail and photo attachments that I had minutes before but no longer show up. When I try to search for "windows live" I get "program 1" that has only the last 3  mails I opened and not all the rest I didn't get to yet. I have missing folders that contained mail that are no longer there and photos that were with mail are gone but the mail they were with is there showing the attachment icon. there are other problems I never had before the win 10 downloads but do now ever though I reverted to win 7. The touch pad is inoperable and I had to get a mouse since I couldn't access the FN keys; they  are no longer visible, the arrow navigation keys get to a sub menu then stop working. I get mail notices but there is no mail; when I sign out, other different windows with unopened mail flash by before closing,  All in all my laptop is really screw up since the win 10 download failures. I can't restore before Aug. 4 when win 10 finally succeeded as all earlier dates are not accessible. I can't restore to factory settings because it isn't available. I'm at a loss what to try next. How do I get my laptop back to working like it was?  This really sucks!
