Somebody please help before I scream!
A couple of days ago, for no apparent reason, all my subfolders disappeared. I'm running Windows Live Mail 2012 in an IMAP setup on Windows 8.1 and if it's relevant my ISP is Talktalk. I'm also not sure if it's relevant, but I've had a lot of Windows Updates recently.
I've tried deleting and reinstating the email accounts and this appeared to work for a moment. I then went into account properties to and Inbox as the root path as Junk Email feature does not work without it. After this, I asked if I wanted to update my folder list as there had been changes to my account. When I agreed, they all disappeared again.
I've scoured the forums but have not been able to resolve this bit.
Any help offered will be greatly appreciated.
