My wife has an Outlook.com email address and recently discovered that all emails (sent and received) prior to 2008 have been removed. There are a couple of emails that we would very much like to retrieve, which would have been written / sent between 2004-2008. We have tried the Recover option within Outlook.com but this hasn't managed to retrieve them.

Please could someone help us?
