I opted to go with Outlook.com for a mail handler.  First of all, I answered all of the questions expecting some response to activate it which didn't happen.  Then I went online to outlook.com and immediately, or shortly thereafter, received an announcement that WAB.dll is unavailable.  I still am using gmail as my mail handler; however, I periodically receive an announcement that WAB.dll is unavailable.  Where should I go from here?
