Funny isn't it. I have had my Hotmail email account for over 10 years have thousands of emails a lot of which I wanted to keep, and I only realised today that the vast majority of my inbox, is missing. Now I've browsed this forum and noticed the blame
being conveniently shifted back to the end user. Sorry, that's not good enough. How do you go all that time, users having multiple phones, multiple email browsers and yet suddenly, you get a flurry of complaints and try to pass the buck back on us?
You talk about the users configuring something wrong... to me it sounds like YOU got something configured wrong.
Admit what you did Microsoft, because I want my thousands of emails back, my history. I doubt any of that will ever happen.
I have been a loyal user of your's for so many years but you've really left a sour taste in my mouth.
So:
1) What did you do with my emails?
2) When are you going to admit fault?
