I am missing all of my emails in my Hotmail account dated before 1/1/2005. I suspect this is due to the "missing email bug" reported at

I have read through the threads and am wondering what the status is on a fix. The standard answers on this forum related to auto recovery, conversation threading, account inactivity, etc. have not been helpful to me. I would like reassurance that something
is being done to recover my old messages.
Someone else on this forum also had emails missing from the same time period but I was unable to view any resolution.
