I'm having the same issue as Peter. I typically check my Hotmail at least once a week. I last checked it around July 8th, however, when I went back 2 days later all my emails in my inbox, sent box were lost and in my inbox there were more than 170 new emails dated from 2007-08. None of my current email were there. I used this email for an legal issue and now cannot access all the correspondence related to it. 

I did check on the deleted folder but there was nothing there. I also deleted the new ideas from 2007-08 since there were all spam.

Please let me know how I can retrieve my current emails.
