My outlook told me I had new emails.  It showed me the sender and subject, but when I go to my email, they are not there.  They are super important emails, one is about a job offer.  They aren't showing up on my phone, the app, or in the web version.  I tried syncing, everything.  I NEED those emails...

Please help! There was about an hour period where I was being notified I was getting new emails, and they aren't there.  It's working now, but those emails during that period of time are gone and I need someone to get them.  BADLY. I have had a heck of a time finding anyone who can help, apparently there is no support for this.  Maybe it's time to switch to gmail since there is no customer service?
