Hotmail appears to have deleted all of my old emails! Including those which had important documents attached. I definitely haven't done this and have seen that other people seem to have had the same issue recently. I also had emails from a few years ago that I had kept for sentimental family reasons and am appalled that they've vanished. The latest my emails now date back to is October 2013! Please can someone tell me how to resolve this issue.
