Hi,

I have been unable to access my msn Hotmail account since May 2013. Each time I attempt to 'sign in' I am told that my password is no longer recognised, even though I have not changed it for over twelve months. 

I have now been transferred to Outlook, but without any of my 100+ contacts' addresses

Any ideas on how to regain correspondence with my past e mailers, please?
