I have an account which started as a hotmail account over 10 years ago and was converted to Outlook.com.  I don't access the account often, but I still have messages that I don't want to lose.  When I logged in today to look up some old emails I found that my email only goes back to 2011.  I really need to get ALL of my old messages - converting my email shouldn't remove all my old data! Please help!
