Hello.

I have, today, changed ISP and, I imagine, will soon lose my old ISP email address, a freeserve one. Whilst it is not my main email I would prefer to save all the emails in it. To that end I have just installed Windows Live Mail 2012, it has picked up most of the freeserve emails but not all. Freeserve says there are 897 messages whilst Windows live mail has downloaded 845.

I notice that the largest downloaded is 712kb and that there are 6 emails larger than this in freeserve but since around 40 emails are missing I am not sure what is the cause of the 'loss'.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Time may be pressing as I am not certain when the freeserve emails address will disappear.
