Today I got into my hotmail account because I needed one of my e-mails from 2012 but the strange thing is that, that there is no e-mail data from 2012 and I cannot explain myself how did this happen? All messages from 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013 are there but no messages from 9/13/2011 to 1/14/2013. It is not possible because I was active and logged in from time to time in 2012. What exactly had happened and Is it possible this data to be restored?
