Lost 170+ contacts and related folders.  I did have 4 contacts listed 3 where very old and oddly one was to blank contact for Mom, Mom does not do emails.  This appears to have happened after an update earlier.

OS Windows 8.1 

Any ideas on how to restore contacts.  I can restore the email addresses from sent mail but additional data would be lost.
