I can not recieve any password resetting email on my hotmail account, not one but several web sites.
But I can receive email from their tech support team or individual (not through web site).
I added their company email address (@companyabc.com) to safe list, and *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to my contact list, and still can not receive.
I access my hotmail through IE8. I can receive other hotmail email ok, everyday.
I checked Junk and Delete folder, not there either. Where could they go? What should I do?
