Hi,

Someone please help... I do not use the outlook/hotmail a ton, I do most of my emails from my blackberry, which is still everyday.  Anyways, I have recently noticed that I am missing a two month gap of emails in my inbox, from June through the beginning of August and the entire month of May.  I need to access some of those emails, and have tried searching my account by sender etc.  I am not sure if they may have been archived, or whatever, but don't know where to look.  I ensure that the view is "view all" and even looked through my folders.  Can someone please provide me some direction on how to get these emails back.  I have reviewed the other posts in the community but none seem to help my situation.  I've tried a few of the solutions provided.  When I tried recovering my deleted's, they same gap in history is missing.  Thanks!
