I have just discovered that i am missing emails for the last 9 years.
This seems to have happened after the switch to outlook although the
following message appears on this page http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/hotmail/hotmail-help
"All Hotmail customers have been upgraded to Outlook.com.
Your email address and password have not changed. Also, your email,
contacts, files, calendar items, and settings are all still there."
Unfortunately they are not all still there and I was hoping you could assist me to help get them
back on my account.
Please let me know what I can do and if there is someone who can help me as I have tried to
find a contact number online and was transferred from person to person for over an hour.
I hope you can help me to retrieve all of these emails.
