I created an email account for my minor child.  I paid the 50 cent age verification fee, and when I went to then sign in again, post payment, I was then asked to pay for age certification again.  Microsoft already sent me an email verifying my credit card payment went through.  How do I move forward past this step.  I have tried multiple times, but keep getting asked to pay a second time.
